I’m a fully qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist. I have experience of counselling on a range of issues, some of these include grief, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, abuse, trauma, relationship breakdown, relationship issues, family problems, illness.
I have a special clinical interest in narcissistic abuse and tailor sessions specifically for clients who have been impacted by this. I also have a special clinical interest in trauma and post-traumatic stress & have recently undertaken an academic research project about the effectiveness of my therapeutic approach for people impacted by this.

Counselling in Widnes: Face to Face, Online or Phone.
You can have face to face, online or phone counselling. My standard fee is £55 per session but I offer a limited amount of reduced fee sessions for full-time students who are either unemployed or working part-time, trainee counsellors and people on low incomes. My practice is located in Widnes which is between Liverpool & Warrington.
